Not at all. Most of my clients come to me feeling behind or unsure of where things stand. You don't need to clean anything up before contacting me — that's what I'm here for.
What if my books are really behind?

What is a Paid Diagnostic Review, and why do I need one?
The Paid Diagnostic Review is the first step for clients who already have bookkeeping records in QuickBooks Online. I’ll review your existing file, identify any issues or gaps, determine the scope of work needed, and provide a clear, personalized plan. This helps eliminate surprises and ensures your cleanup is completed accurately, efficiently, and with a full understanding of what your books need.
Do you offer one-time services, or is everything monthly?
It depends on your needs. Cleanup projects are typically one-time services. Ongoing bookkeeping is monthly. YNAB coaching is offered in both group and one-on-one formats. We'll determine the best fit after your initial inquiry.
Do you work with individuals or just businesses?
Both. I work with business owners who need bookkeeping support, as well as individuals who want to gain control of their personal finances through YNAB coaching.
What software do you use?
For bookkeeping, I work exclusively in QuickBooks Online. For budgeting and personal finance coaching, I use YNAB (You Need A Budget), a simple and highly effective system for managing money intentionally.
How do I get started?
The best place to start is the Start Here page. From there, you'll fill out a short form so I can learn more about your situation and guide you to the right next step.
How long does the process take?
It depends on your specific situation. A Diagnostic Review is typically completed quickly. Cleanup timelines vary based on how far behind things are. Ongoing bookkeeping and coaching are structured for long-term support. I'll give you clear expectations once I review your information.
Do you offer in-person or virtual services?
Most services are handled virtually, which allows for flexibility and efficiency. However, local clients in the Lindale, Texas area may have options for in-person meetings if needed.
What if I'm not sure what I need?
That's completely okay. You don't need to have it all figured out — that's my job. Just fill out the form, and I'll help guide you in the right direction.
What if I don't have bookkeeping records in QuickBooks Online?
If your bookkeeping records are currently maintained in spreadsheets, paper records, or have not been organized yet, a Paid Diagnostic Review may not be necessary. Instead, I can help set up your QuickBooks Online file and enter your historical bookkeeping data.
The scope, pricing, and timeline for this service will depend on the amount of information that needs to be entered, the condition of the records provided, and how many months or years of bookkeeping need to be created.
